Bringing drink to the streets
While catching the train to work the other day I was listening to the show. As I arrived at work, and switched off the iPod, you had just opened the Red Back beer. Since I didn’t feel like one at 8am (strange I know) on the way home I made a point of stopping at the local to pick up a Redback and resume the playback. I enjoyed sideways glances from fellow commuters while I drank the Red Back on public transport (terrible I know), and listened to the show.
Perhaps in future you might alert us to the beer you are likely to drink in the following week so that we can go out and buy it and drink with you…
By the way: A few weeks ago you commented on your seemingly high-brow audience as evidenced by a listener who subscribed to the Philosopher’s Zone, in addition to IYT. That listener was me, but I have since abandoned the ‘Zone’ as being a bit heavy going…or is that heavy coming…well that depends on your outlook…
